For its 2026 edition, UHODA Jazz à Liège shines a spotlight on the Afro-Caribbean rhythms that shaped the history of Latin Jazz. From Havana to New York’s neighborhoods, where Salsa, Mambo and Cha-cha-cha took flight under the influence of legendary figures such as Tito Puente, Machito and Celia Cruz.
On May 9, Hôtel de Clercx will host a new edition of Puerto Rico Nights, curated by Xavier Colina and Studio24. An open and welcoming evening for everyone to discover these dances born from Latin jazz, experience them on the dance floor, and be carried away by the warm energy of the Caribbean.
