PMR accessibility

If you wish to attend Uhoda Jazz à Liège and are a person with reduced mobility, or accompanying someone with reduced mobility, no worries: we’ve thought of you! On this page, you will find all the information regarding accessibility at the festival’s different concert venues.

In general, all venues are accessible to people with reduced mobility. To ensure we can welcome you in the best possible conditions, we kindly ask you to arrive shortly before doors open and to make yourself known to the staff upon arrival. Our team will then guide you and make sure you are comfortably and appropriately seated in the venue.

If a doubt remains, you can reach us by phone at +32 4 340 30 80 or by message on our social media channels (Facebook: Uhoda Jazz à Liège).

Le Reflektor

Le Reflektor is a standing venue: no seating area is provided unless otherwise stated on the event page. However, the venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility and those with specific needs.

  • A dedicated entrance is available at the back of the venue for wheelchair users.
  • An accessible ground-level restroom is available.
  • We recommend arriving before doors open.

La Cité Miroir

La Cité Miroir is certified with the Access-i label as an accessible venue for blind and visually impaired visitors, as well as for people who are hard of hearing and those with reduced mobility.

  • The entrance is located on the right-hand side of the building.
  • Due to the building’s unique 1930s architecture, some stairways may limit mobility. Measures have been put in place to ensure visitors can be welcomed in the best possible conditions.
  • We recommend arriving before doors open.

Le Forum

Le Forum is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

  • Entry is via the main entrance (Rue du Pont d’Avroy).
  • We recommend arriving before doors open and informing staff of your presence upon arrival.

Le Trocadéro

Le Trocadéro is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

  • Dedicated spaces are available at the back of the stalls for people with reduced mobility and their companions.
  • We recommend arriving before doors open and informing staff upon arrival. The ticket office and front-of-house team will take the necessary steps to ensure you have an enjoyable evening.
