You can use this link to receive your order confirmation email again.
This is only a confirmation: your tickets will be sent to you separately at the beginning of May.

To exchange your ticket, go to your order space via the “Manage my order” link received in your confirmation email.
If you can no longer find this email, you can receive it again here.
Once in your space:
- click on “Additional actions”,then on “Change tickets”
- select the ticket(s) you wish to exchange
then - choose the new ticket (1-day pass or 4-day pass)
The amount to be paid will correspond only to the price difference between your initial ticket and the new one.

If you have purchased a ticket or pass and are ultimately unable to attend on the scheduled date, tickets are non-refundable.
However, you can resell your ticket via the TicketSwap platform.

No, each ticket is valid only for the concert, date, and venue indicated at the time of purchase.

Tickets are on sale at the festival box office at Hôtel de Clercx, Rue Saint-Paul 27, 4000 Liège.

The 1-day passes and 4-day passes give access to all the festival’s concerts and venues for the relevant period.
Single tickets give access to one specific concert in a single venue. -
No, seating is unreserved.
We recommend that you arrive early to get the best seats. -
The festival box office, located at Hôtel de Clercx (Rue Saint-Paul 27, 4000 Liège), does not accept cash payments.
Please bring a bank card or another electronic payment method.

No, it is not necessary to print your ticket: the digital version is sufficient.
Your ticket(s) will be sent to you by email at the beginning of May.

Only if this is indicated on your ticket. Please remember to exchange your ticket for a wristband at Hôtel de Clercx (Rue Saint-Paul 27, 4000 Liège).
This is specifically required if you have:
- A 4-day pass
- A 1-day pass
- A pass for one or more concerts at the Reflektor
- A pass for one or more concerts at the Cité Miroir

The festival takes place in several venues in the city centre of Liège:

The festival’s headquarters is located at Hôtel de Clercx (Rue Saint-Paul 27) and is freely accessible throughout the festival.

The festival takes place from Thursday 7 May to Sunday 10 May 2026.

The concerts take place every day between 7 p.m. and midnight.

Yes, some concerts are accessible free of charge.

The festival is open to all. Children are welcome, accompanied by their parents.
Activities for children are offered in particular on Sunday. For more information, click here. -
Yes, all concerts are seated, except for those held at Reflektor and the Régina Club.

The festival does not have a dedicated dining area.
However, the city of Liège offers a wide variety of restaurants for every taste, all located near the concert venues.

Entrance is free. Drinks can be paid for only by bank card or another electronic payment method (cash is not accepted).
